How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, look under ‘Do you have a Kohl’s Gift Card.’

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your total will be deducted by your gift card balance.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, tap ‘Gift Cards.’

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘Apply.’

    3. Your total will be deducted by your gift card balance.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your barcode and PIN to cashier to scan.

    2. Your gift card balance will be deducted from the total.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN beside ‘Gift Card’ here.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-app:

    1. Open the Kohl’s App, and sign-in to your account

    2. Tap the tab button on the top left. Tap ‘Wallet,’ tap ‘Add to Wallet.’

    3. Enter your gift card code and PIN.

  • In-store:

    1. Ask the cashier to check the gift card balance.

    2. Scan your barcode and PIN.
