How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Note: In order to redeem for online order payment, Red Robin accepts gift cards with PIN numbers for online orders. If your gift card doesn't have a PIN, it can only be redeemed for an in-restaurant purchase.

    2. During checkout, under payment select, 'Red Robin Branded Gift Cards.'

    3. Enter your gift card code then select ‘Add Card.’

    4. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here.

    2. Select ‘Check Balance,’ you can skip the other fields.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • No expiration date.

  • In order to redeem for online order payment, gift cards must be a version that has a PIN on the card. Gift cards that do not have a PIN may be redeemed at the restaurant for dine-in or to-go pick-up orders. Please present gift card to server for dine-in and to-go pick-up order payment where required.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift cards not valid for online catering order payment.

    • Gift cards not valid for online payment at select locations.

    • Not valid for 3rd party delivery payment.

  • Locations:

    • Use this gift card to purchase anything on the menu at participating Red Robin® U.S. locations, until the card balance runs out.

    • Redeemable at any select Red Robin and Red Robin Burger Works locations. Please call ahead to your local Red Robin to check if they accept gift cards.

    • Only valid in the U.S.
