Got to: https://www.hotels.com/page/temporary-balance-check/ and click, 'Balance Services'.
Select, 'Balance Merge' if you want to combine two or more gift cards into one card. Enter your gift card code and PIN then tap on, 'Next'.
Alternatively, you may click on the image below to direct you to the website for you to be able to merge your Hotels.com gift cards.
Abridged terms and conditions:
Redeemable on Hotels.com and the Hotels.com app for purchases in the United States.
Not redeemable on international variants of Hotels.com.
