How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Redeemable only on us.fairmontstore.com not for reservations.

    2. During checkout, enter your gift card code in ‘Gift card or discount code.’ Select ‘Apply'.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code here.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Fairmont Hotels & Resorts gift cards do not expire.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Fairmont Gift Cards are not accepted at Fairmont Heritage Place properties (exception of Franz Klammer Lodge and Ghirardelli Square).

  • Locations:

    • Fairmont Gift Cards can be used for accommodations and more at any United States Fairmont Hotel and Resort worldwide, Fairmont US store including spa services, dining or golf, tennis, and other leisure activities. Gift cards can be used for shopping at any Fairmont Store location in the U.S.

    • For in-house guests, any charge that can be applied to a hotel folio can be paid for with a gift card. This includes taxes and gratuities. To avoid any possible disappointment, we suggest that the recipient mention the gift card at the time of booking.
