How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop (For Pick Up Orders):

    1. During checkout, under payment select, 'The Cheesecake Factory Gift Card.'

    2. Enter your gift card code then select ‘Add Card.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:
    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here. Select 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • No fees or expiration dates.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift Card cannot be used to pay for delivery orders.

    • Gift Card balance cannot be transferred onto or used to purchase other Gift Cards or Bonus Cards.

  • Locations:

    • Gift Card can only be used at a The Cheesecake Factory® restaurant in the United States of America, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and only for payment in restaurant or online at order.thecheesecakefactory.com. Please call ahead to your local store to check if they accept gift cards.

    • Canada gift cards are redeemable at The Cheesecake Factory restaurant at Yorkdale Shopping Centre in North York, ON. Gift Card can only be used at a The Cheesecake Factory® restaurant in Canada, and only for payment in restaurant.
