How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, how much is my virtual card cashback, exemption

Watch this:

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under Enter Payment method, select Gift Card.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN.

    3. Select Apply Gift Card.

    4. The gift card balance will be deducted from your total.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, under Enter Payment Method. tap Gift Card.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN.

    3. Tap Apply Gift Card.

    4. Your total will be deducted by your gift card balance.
      ​

  • In-store:

    • Option One:

      1. During checkout, let the cashier know you are paying with a digital e-gift card.

      2. Open your Walmart gift card on your Fluz App and have the cashier scan the barcode.

    • Option Two:

      1. On your Walmart App, go to the Account tab and select the Wallet.

      2. Select Gift Card, and enter your code and PIN.

      3. Tap on Save Card.

      4. Go to the Services tab, and tap on Walmart Pay.

      5. Ask the cashier to select the Walmart Pay button on their cash register. Locate the QR code on the cashier's screen and scan with your camera.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. After reading the instructions, click here.

    2. Enter your digital gift card code and PIN.

  • In-store:

    1. Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance.

    2. Scan the barcode or show your code and PIN.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You can use up to 5 gift card codes per transaction online.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Digital gift card balance cannot be used to purchase gift cards or prepaid cards.

    • As of the moment, Walmart does not accept digital gift cards as a payment method for their Walmart Grocery shopping.

  • Locations:

    • Digital gift card balance can be redeemed at Walmart stores, Sam’s club and at Walmart, Sam’s Club online stores.

Virtual Card Cashback Exemption

Use Fluz Virtual Cards to get 1 to 1.5% cash back, depending on the card program. Certain exclusions apply.

  • Mastercard Program (537875) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100 then 0%. Resets monthly.

  • Mastercard Program (536209) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100 then 0%. Resets monthly.

  • Visa Program (462036) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100 then 0%. Resets monthly.

  • Visa Program (450897) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100 then 0%. Resets monthly.

  • Visa Program (475436) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100 then 0%. Resets monthly.
