How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, coffee, coffee shop

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Sign-in or sign-up to your Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf account.

    2. Under ‘Review & payments’, select ‘Pay with a Coffee Bean Gift Card.’

    3. Enter your digital gift cards gift code and PIN. Select ‘Apply gift card.’

    4. Complete your checkout and select the card you just added.

  • In-App:

    1. Tap ‘SCAN’ at the bottom of the screen.

    2. Tap ‘Add existing gift card’.

    3. Enter your digital gift cards gift code and PIN.

    4. Tap ‘Add existing gift card’ to confirm

    5. Complete your checkout and select the card you just added.

  • In-store:

    1. Let the cashier know you are paying with a gift card.

    2. Scan the barcode during checkout.

    3. Your total will be deducted by your digital gift cards balance.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. After reading instructions, click here.

    2. Enter your digital gift cards gift code and PIN.

  • In-store:

    1. Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance.

    2. Scan your barcode or show your code and PIN.
