How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under payment select, 'Add a Gift Card.'

    2. Enter your gift card code then select ‘Apply Gift Card.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card number here. Select 'check balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • There is no limit to the gift cards you can use per transaction.

  • Gift cards do not expire.

  • Locations:

    • Red Lobster Gift Cards are redeemable at all Red Lobster locations in the United States or when placing To Go and delivery orders at WWW.REDLOBSTER.COM.
