How to use gift card:

Fill out ‘Gilt Card Redemption Form’ or call Gilt Customer Service at +1(800)789-2233.
Gilt will process your gift card code and apply it to your account.
Once applied, your gift card balance will show in your account as ‘Merchandise credit.’
During checkout, your credit will be deducted from your total.
Note: You will need to fill out a form or call customer service before redeeming and allow 24-48 hours for processing before purchase.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Log in to your account, visit ‘My Account.’
Your gift card balance will be shown under ‘Account Credits.’
Abridged terms and conditions:
Gift card balance can only be redeemed with a Gilt member account on gilt.com or giltcity.com.
If an order exceeds your gift card balance, your total must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
