How to use gift card:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, select ‘gift card’ under ‘Secure Payment.’
Enter your gift card code and PIN. Select ‘apply gift card to order.’
Your gift card balance will be deducted from your total.
In-app:
During checkout, tap ‘add gift card’ under ‘Secure Payment.’
Enter your gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘apply gift card to order.’
Your gift card balance will be deducted from your total.
In-store:
Show your digital e-gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Select country. Enter your gift card code and PIN.
Click ‘check balance.’
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-app:
Open your Hollister app. During checkout, under ‘Secure Payment’ tap ‘add gift card.’
Enter gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘check card balance.’
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.
Abridged terms and conditions:
You can use up to 3 gift card codes per transaction.
Hollister gift cards have no expiration date. Terms do not apply to Gift Cards received in conjunction with Gift Card special events.
Purchases of merchandise in CAD will be subject to an exchange rate conversion on the day of the payment.
