How to use gift card:
Mobile/Desktop:
Sign-in or sign-up to your west elm account.
During checkout, select ‘Redeem rewards & gift cards’ under ‘Payment + Review.’
Enter your gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply to order.’
Your total will be deducted by your gift card balance.
In-App:
Open your west elm app.
During checkout, tap ‘redeem rewards & gift cards.’
Enter your gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘apply to order.’
Your total will be deducted by your gift card balance.
In-store:
Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:

Enter your gift card code and PIN.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-app:
Open your west elm app. During checkout, under ‘Payment + Review’ tap ‘redeem rewards & gift cards.’
Tap ‘Check gift card balance (desktop site).’ Enter your gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘check balance.’
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance
Scan your barcode or show your gift card code and PIN.

Abridged terms and conditions:
You can use up to 10 gift card codes per transaction.
