How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, select ‘Gift cards & more’ under ‘Payment & billing.’
Enter your gift card code and PIN. Select ‘apply.’
Your gift card balance will be deducted from your total. Note: Maximum 5 gift card codes can be used for any single purchase.
In-store:
Let the cashier know you are paying with a gift card. Scan your barcode or show your gift card code and PIN during checkout.
Your total will be deducted by your balance.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Enter your gift card code and PIN. Click ‘check balance.’
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance
Scan your barcode or show your gift card code and PIN.
Abridged terms and conditions:
Staples gift card has no expiration date.
Some services (eg. Passport photos, etc.) might not accept Fluz gift cards as a form of payment. Please confirm with the staff beforehand.
Not redeemable for:
Your gift card balance can’t be used to purchase other gift cards or wireless cards.
Locations:
Your gift card balance can be redeemed in all Staples retail stores in the U.S and on Staples.com.
