How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Sign up or Log in to your account. https://store.coffeebean.com/pages/add-gift-card.

    2. During checkout, select ‘Upload Gift Card.’ Enter your digital e-gift Card numbers and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’ Enter your digital e-gift Card balance that you wish to be applied.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. Tap ‘Scan’ on the bottom of the screen and then ‘Add Existing gift card.’

    2. Enter digital e-gift card code.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

  • IIn-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

  1. Enter your digital e-gift card code and pin here. https://store.coffeebean.com/pages/check-balance. Select ‘Check Balance.’

  2. Your current digital e-gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital e-gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • When redeeming gift card balance be aware that once redeemed, the funds are locked to your account.

  • The app and store.coffeebean.com are not synchronized but gift card may be applied to both.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Subscription purchases

  • Locations:

    • Participating USA locations.
