How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Sign-in or sign-up to your Starbucks account.

    2. Go to: ‘Card Management,’ and select ‘Add.’

    3. Enter your digital e-gift Card numbers and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’

    4. Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. Tap the ‘Card’ tab and then select ‘Add card.’

    2. Enter your digital e-gift Card numbers and PIN. Select, ‘Apply gift card.’

    3. Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

    4. To pay in-store: Select the added card and scan the barcode

    5. For to-go orders: complete your checkout and select the card you just added.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Sign into your Starbucks account

    2. Go to: ‘My cards,’ and select the card you wish to view your balance on. https://www.starbucks.com/card

  • In-app:

    1. Sign-in or sign up to your Starbucks account.

    2. Select the ‘scan’ tab to view the balances all the cards associated with your Starbucks rewards account.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital e-gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Starbucks gift cards purchased from Fluz, only fluz pay rewards is accepted.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Most Starbucks stores in North America including Puerto Rico accept your Starbucks Card. Certain Starbucks-branded locations may not permit you to use the Starbucks Card for payment, including some airport, grocery and bookstore locations, or stores in Guam. To find out if a store will accept the Starbucks Card as a payment method, please inquire at that store or visit https://www.starbucks.com/store-locator. Any store that lists "Digital Rewards" as one of its amenities is a store that accepts the Starbucks Card.

  • Locations:

    • Starbucks Cards purchased in the United States may also be used in Canada, England, Scotland, Wales, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Mexico and Australia.

    • All amounts loaded onto your Starbucks Card are denominated in the currency of the country in which it was sold (the "base currency").
