How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, go to: '+ Pay with a Gift Card'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and select 'Add to my account'.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app

    1. Sign in or sign up to a Seamless account and proceed to 'Account'.

    2. Click on 'Gift Cards' and select 'Redeem a gift card'.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code here. Select ‘Check Balance.’

    2. Your current digital e-gift card balance will be displayed.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • There is no expiration date on your eGift Card.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Seamless eGift Cards may not be redeemable on certain corporate accounts.

  • Locations:

    • USA only
