How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

      1. After reading instructions, click here, and sign-in to your Doordash account.

      2. Go to: 'Menu Options' page and select ‘Gift Card.’

      3. Enter your digital e-gift card code and Select ‘Redeem Gift card.’

      4. Your digital e-gift card balance will display as DoorDash credit and automatically be applied to your next order.

    • In-app:

      1. Log in to your DoorDash account

      2. Tap the Profile icon and then ‘Gift Card.’

      3. Enter your digital e-gift card code and tap ‘Redeem Gift Card.’

      4. Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

      1. Enter your digital e-gift card code and pin here. https://www.doordash.com/consumer/payment/

      2. Sign into DoorDash to access your account.

      3. Go to: Payment tab and Balance will display as DoorDash Credit.

  • In-app:

      1. Open your DoorDash app.

      2. Tap the Profile icon and tap ‘Payment’

      3. Your account Balance will appear as DoorDash Credit.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Not redeemable for:

    1. Gift card balance may be used on either www.doordash.com or www.trycaviar.com but locks to the account after it is applied.

    2. You must have a DoorDash account to redeem Gift Cards.

    3. There is no way to check Gift Card balance. Only after redemption can the credit amount in your account be checked.

  • Locations:

    1. Except as provided below, Gift Cards may be redeemable towards eligible orders in the United States only.
