How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, department store, home, clothing, beauty

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, go to: 'Apply a Gift or Reward Card'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and CID then select, 'Apply Card'.

    3. Note: If you are using a physical gift card, both a 15-digit Gift Card number and a 3- to 4-digit CID number are located on the back of your card. You may have to scratch off a silver film to reveal both numbers.

      If you are using an E-Gift Card (received by email), the Gift Card number may be displayed as a single 18- to 19-digit number. Enter the first 15 digits into the “Card Number” field and the remaining 3- to 4- digits into the “CID Number” field.

    4. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code here. Select, 'View Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Your Bloomingdale’s E-Gift Card never expires.

  • Locations:

    • This card is redeemable only for merchandise and in-store services at Bloomingdale's (USA stores only).
