The Fluz App links to any Debit or Credit Card with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo on it. Once a card is linked/connected, it’s associated with your account, and you won't need to add in the information again unless you unlink that specific card.
Other instances as to why you cannot link a card may be due to one of the following:
The Fluz App does not link to Prepaid Cards, Department Store Cards, gift cards, or PayPal cards.
Your account maybe be under review. Under the "review" status, you are unable to add/remove a payment method, make new purchases and access old ones. All you are able to do is to verify your already linked card and upload a government ID.
The name in your account profile is different from the name on your card. Please try to update your profile name to reflect the name on your card(s).
To update your Profile Name:
Tap the Menu at the top right of your screen.
Tap Edit Profile.
Tap the details you want to change.
Change your User Name to reflect the name on your card(s).
Once finished with the profile update, try to link your credit cards again. Make sure to enter the correct CVV and ZIP code.
Your CVV may be incorrect.
Your Zip Code may be wrong. If you’ve recently moved, try your old zip code.
