Boosts allow you to amplify your cashback rates when purchasing with our select partner merchants. Learn more about boosts below:

What are boosts?

Boosts (previously called vouchers) allow you to earn significantly amplified cashback rates when shopping with specific retailers. Boosts give you 25% in additional cashback on the first $10 of your purchase amount.

Do boosts expire?

Yes, be sure to use your boosts within 60 days from the date of issue.

Where can I use my boosts?

A select list of merchants are deemed as Boost Merchants and they are subject to change anytime. To verify merchant eligibility, check the merchant’s page within the app for indicators of Boost acceptance.

Where can I find my available boosts?

On the App:

You can see the complete list on the Home page, when you tap on Boosts on the Discover Tab, or the Maximize tab (under Spend Bonuses).

On the Website:

On any page, on the bottom section, you can see the number of boosts you have remaining. Another option, is to click on the Stores option in the top left of the screen. Scroll down to the Earn more with fluz option. Skip until you see View boosts.

How do I earn boosts?

  • Earn one boost as soon as you join Fluz! Additionally, add a referral code to your account, and get an extra one. Think of it as a welcome gift from us to you. Learn more about Sign-up Boosts here.

  • Existing members may earn more boosts via Spend Bonuses, Brand Challenges, and Refer Bonuses.

  • To make things even more rewarding, we give our consumer users a special birthday boost — just our way of celebrating them.

Can I see my boosted cash back rate before buying a gift card?

Yes. Your boosted cashback rate is visible on the funding source section (under your purchase amount) of the checkout page. The boosted rate will automatically compute depending on your funding source. Boosts must be applied at the time of purchase, as they cannot be added retroactively. Ensure the Boost is activated before completing the checkout process.

You can also opt not to use your boost by tapping on the voucher icon and toggle off the Apply boost to payment option. Verify that the "Apply Boost to payment" toggle is turned on to ensure the Boost is applied during checkout.

Common Troubleshooting Tips

If your Boost is not being applied:

  • Double-check that the merchant is eligible for Boosts by reviewing the merchant’s page within the app.

  • Ensure you’ve activated the Boost before checkout and that the toggle switch to apply Boosts is turned on.

  • If all conditions are met and the Boost still doesn’t apply, consider contacting Fluz support for additional assistance.
