When a chargeback is filed, your card company/ bank returns your funds and files a claim separately Fluz. The bank puts on a hold on the amount that you paid us. However, a digital gift card was delivered to you at the time of your purchase. In essence, Fluz delivered the purchase but did not get paid for it.
Because of this, Fluz reserves the right to lock your account along with your purchased gift cards and Fluz Pay balance until the chargeback is resolved or reversed. We reserve the right to deduct from you and your network's cash back balance the amount that is owed. We also reserve the right to lock the account of your inviter or invitees.
A chargeback processing fee of $50 PER chargeback received may be applicable and must be paid prior to unlocking of account.
To avoid all this, please reach out to Fluz as your issue may be resolved without filing a chargeback.
