Gift cards purchased from Fluz is a merchant's specific gift card. It is not a "Fluz gift card".

When a product/service purchased with a gift card is returned, the merchant may:

  1. Return the balance on the same gift card. In that case, you may use the same gift card found in the Fluz app for future purchases.

  2. Return the balance on a new gift card. In that case, please coordinate with the merchant.

  3. Return the balance to your "online wallet" or account found in that merchant's website.

Prior to canceling your product/service, we recommend that you contact the merchant's customer support and inquire how your gift card may be refunded.
