Gift cards purchased from Fluz is a merchant's specific gift card. It is not a "Fluz gift card".
When a product/service purchased with a gift card is returned, the merchant may:
Return the balance on the same gift card. In that case, you may use the same gift card found in the Fluz app for future purchases.
Return the balance on a new gift card. In that case, please coordinate with the merchant.
Return the balance to your "online wallet" or account found in that merchant's website.
Prior to canceling your product/service, we recommend that you contact the merchant's customer support and inquire how your gift card may be refunded.
