In order to make your payment with Fluz’s Virtual Card:
Select the Right Website: Go to the Pay 1040 website.
-Both of these sites are authorized payment processors for the U.S. Department of the Treasury.Choose the Correct Card Program: In the Fluz app, generate a Virtual Card from one of the following programs that each get 0.5% cashback:
Sutton Mastercard (536209 or 532113)
CFSB Mastercard (537875)
Now, let’s discuss the most important part of the process. We need to make sure the cashback you earn is greater than the service fee you pay. The service fee depends on the type of card you use. The good news is, certain Fluz Virtual Cards are recognized as a 'personal/consumer debit' card by these sites which has a very low flat fee of $2.15 per transaction, regardless of the payment amount."
Let's look at an example. If you use a Fluz Mastercard and pay an amount like $10,000, you'll be charged a service fee of only $2.15. Plus, you'll get 0.5% cashback of the total amount; so your total cashback would be $50, which is a great return for a $2.15 fee.
It’s important to note: If you were to use a different Fluz card that's recognized as a 'commercial credit/debit' card, like the Sutton Visa, you would be charged a percentage-based fee of 2.89%. On a $10,000 payment, that's a $289 fee, which would be much higher than your cashback.
Check Your Limits: Make sure your payment amount is within your Fluz account’s card program limit. Remember the IRS limit of two payments per quarter.

Fluz Account Limits
For business accounts, Fluz has a daily account limit of $250,000.
Fluz Card Program Limits:
Highnote Sutton Mastercard program has a $250,000 daily spend limit per card program, combined with a $250,000 per-card limit.
(If you have a bigger amount to pay, please reach out to your sidekick right away so we can request for a temporary increase of your limit. This limit will only be available for one week and is only valid for tax payments.)
Make the Payment: Enter your Fluz Virtual Card details on the website and complete your payment. Before finalizing, ensure the transaction fee is $2.15.
