Can I Cancel a Payment?
Unfortunately, once a payment has been initiated through Fluz, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel a payment, please contact your biller directly.
What if I entered the wrong amount?
If you overpaid your bill:
Please contact your biller to adjust or apply the extra funds.
If you underpaid your bill:
You may send an additional payment for the remaining balance.
