How to Make a Bill Payment
Log into the Fluz Web Portal.
Ensure your Fluz Balance is enough to cover the bill.
Click Manage Money, then go to the Pay Bills tab.
Add your biller:
Click Add a Biller, agree to the terms and conditions, and enter your biller information.
Alternatively, you can choose to Sync your bills. This allows a trusted third party to perform a soft credit check to identify billers you’ve paid in the past.
Enter the amount due.
Choose between standard and expedited processing.
Review your payment details.
Confirm your details and click Send Bill Payment.
Enter your Fluz PIN to finalize the payment.
Don’t See Your Biller Yet?
If you are choosing to Sync your bills, it may take up to one month from your initial payment with a biller for it to appear in Fluz. For faster processing, select Add a Biller and manually enter your biller details.
Note: The option to manually add a biller and select expedited processing is currently in beta testing.
