Listeners who are subscribed through third party vendors including (but not limited to) Apple, Google Play, Roku, and Amazon – or those offered through carriers such as Verizon or T-Mobile – will not be able to update their payment info to a Pandora gift card. These listeners will need to cancel their subscription or trial first, and wait for it to expire. Once the account has returned to the ad-supported service, you can resubscribe using your gift card as a standard form of payment when upgrading through our website.
